* ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THIS DATE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HANDLING/DISPOSAL FEE.
* If a buyer leaves any items behind from a lot they purchased they WILL BE CHARGED a DISPOSAL FEE.
* Buyer's premium rate charged is 15% and Sales Tax of 9.60% must be charged.

**ATTENTION** Auction is set to SOFT CLOSE starting at pm CST at 6pm CST. This means that every 30 seconds a lot will close (unless there is active bidding then it will extend by 1 minute.) -- If for some reason our program malfunctions (this has happened a couple of times recently) We will restart the auction to give bidders a chance to continue bidding.
