**THE CARD YOU HAVE ON FILE WILL BE RAN BEFORE 9AM THE MORNING OF THE REMOVAL DAY (FRIDAY, MAY 22ND, 2026) YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES ON THURSDAY, MAY 21ST, 2026 IF YOU WISH TO PAY CASH.

**ATTENTION** Auction is set to SOFT CLOSE starting at 6pm CST. This means that every 30 seconds a lot will close (unless there is active bidding then it will extend by 1 minute.) -- If for some reason our program malfunctions (this has happened a couple of times recently) We will restart the auction to give bidders a chance to continue bidding.

* Online Only Auction: May 8th, 2026 - Thursday, May 21st, 2026 starts to close @ 6:00 pm CST.

* Payment types that we accept - Cash, Mastercard or Visa - NO CHECKS, NO Echecks, NO Cashier's Checks.
* ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THIS DATE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HANDLING/DISPOSAL FEE.
* If a buyer leaves any items behind from a lot they purchased they WILL BE CHARGED a DISPOSAL FEE.
* Buyer's premium rate charged is 15%
* Sales Tax MUST BE Charged 9.60%
* CASH PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 3:30pm CST on REMOVAL DAY - NO EXCEPTIONS - If not PAID by 3:30pm CST on Removal day the Credit Card you registered with will be charged. FOR ALL OTHER TRANSACTIONS, THE CARD YOU HAVE ON FILE WILL BE RAN BEFORE 9AM THE MORNING OF THE REMOVAL DAY (WEDNESDAY, MAY 20TH, 2026) YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES ON TUESDAY, MAY 19TH, 2026 IF YOU WISH TO PAY CASH.

** Notes For Firearms are as follows:
NO Illinois, California, New York or Washington D.C. sales
NO Curio & Relics Licenses Accepted
NO AMMO will be shipped - LOCAL PICKUP ONLY ON AMMO.
ALL FIREARMS BUYERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
LOCAL KANSAS BUYER'S -- You can come to Monticello Auction Center to FILL OUT the 4473 FORM for the NICS E-check.
If you are APPROVED you may take your firearm at that time.
If you are DELAYED you will be able to pickup your firearm once Approved.
If you are DENIED you will be refunded minus a $50.00 charge.
MISSOURI RESIDENTS on LONG GUNS may fill out the 4473 and if APPROVED you may take your firearms.
MISSOURI RESIDENTS on HANDGUNS these will be transferred to NATIONAL PAWN at 6223 East Truman Road, Kansas City, MO. where you will need to fill out the 4473 with National Pawn for the handguns.
OUT OF STATE gun buyers PLEASE HAVE YOUR FFL's ready to send copies of their FFL to us by Friday, March 6th, 2026 --- They will need to email the copies to info@lindsayauctions.net
Out of state gun buyers the Buyer will be charged for your purchases, $10.00 Handling fee and ALL shipping charges. DO NOT PAY THROUGH THE FIRST LINK. WE WILL NEED TO GET THE SHIPPING CHARGES ADDED AND SEND YOU A NEW LINK TO PAY OR YOU CAN LET US KNOW TO CHARGE YOUR CARD.
Once your card has cleared we will then ship to your FFL.
