You can view our online catalog now and attend the PREVIEW on Monday, December 1st, 2025 from 12pm - 3pm CST at our auction building located at 4795 Frisbie Road, Shawnee, KS 66226 to get a better look at the items. NO Illinois, California, New York or Washington D.C. sales

 

NO Curio & Relics Licenses Accepted

 

NO AMMO will be shipped - LOCAL PICKUP ONLY ON AMMO.

 

ALL FIREARMS BUYERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

 

LOCAL KANSAS BUYER'S  --  You can come to Monticello Auction Center to FILL OUT the 4473 FORM for the NICS E-check. ALL BUYERS OF FIREARMS WILL FILL OUT A 4473 FROM AND WILL BE RAN THROUGH THE NICS BACKGROUND E-CHECK. WE USE YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE TO DO THE BACKGROUND CHECK, YOUR CONCEALED CARRY IS NOT A "FAST PASS" AND IT DOES NOT EXCUSE YOU FROM HAVING TO FILL OUT THE FORM OR HAVING THE NICS E-CHECK DONE.

 

If you are APPROVED you may take your firearm at that time.

 

If you are DELAYED you will be able to pickup your firearm once Approved.

 

If you are DENIED you will be refunded minus a $50.00 charge.

 

MISSOURI RESIDENTS on LONG GUNS may fill out the 4473 and if APPROVED you may take your firearms.

 

MISSOURI RESIDENTS on HANDGUNS these will be transferred to NATIONAL PAWN at 6223 East Truman Road, Kansas City, MO. where you will need to fill out the 4473 with National Pawn for the handguns. They do charge a fee, you can call them to verify the amount.

 

OUT OF STATE gun buyers PLEASE HAVE YOUR FFL's ready to send copies of their FFL to us by Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 --- They will need to email the copies to info@lindsayauctions.net

 

Out of state gun buyers the Buyer will be charged for your purchases, $10.00 Handling fee and ALL shipping charges. DO NOT PAY THROUGH THE FIRST LINK. WE WILL NEED TO GET THE SHIPPING CHARGES ADDED AND SEND YOU A NEW LINK TO PAY OR YOU CAN LET US KNOW TO CHARGE YOUR CARD.

 

Once your card has cleared we will then ship to your FFL.
