MANY OF THE ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE VERY HEAVY AND YOU WILL NEED DOLLIES, HELP, FORKLIFT & ANY OTHER MEANS YOU FEEL NECESSARY TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE COME PREPARED.
TERMS:
* Online Only Auction: Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 starts to close @ 6:00 pm CST.
*Removal: Wednesday, October 1st, 2025 from 10am-2pm CST

* Payment types that we accept - Cash, Mastercard or Visa - NO CHECKS, NO E-checks, NO Cashier's Checks.
* All cards on file will be ran the morning of the Removal before 9:30am unless you notify us the night the auction closes (Tuesday, September 30th, 2025) that you want to pay cash or with a different card.
* You must have a valid card on file in order to bid
* ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THIS DATE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HANDLING/DISPOSAL FEE.
* If a buyer leaves any items behind from a lot they purchased they WILL BE CHARGED a DISPOSAL FEE.
* Buyer's premium rate charged is 15%
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
