There will be a TWO DAY REMOVAL on Thursday, November 30th, 2023 from 10am-4pm CST (PLEASE GET ALL SMALLS OUT THIS DAY SO THAT PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT TABLES CAN REMOVE THEIR STUFF BY END OF DAY OR BY 2ND DAY OF REMOVAL) Day TWO of Removal will be on Friday, December 1st, 2023 from 10am-1pm CST. Again, there is no forklift or loader available on site, BRING YOUR OWN FORKLIFT OR LOADER AND BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS & HELP TO LOAD.

TERMS:
* Online Only Auction: November 13th, 2023 - Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 starts to close @ 6:00 pm CST.
* Payment types that we accept - Cash, Mastercard or Visa - NO CHECKS, NO Echecks, NO Cashier's Checks.
* ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THIS DATE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HANDLING/DISPOSAL FEE.
* If a buyer leaves any items behind from a lot they purchased they WILL BE CHARGED a DISPOSAL FEE.
* Buyer's premium rate charged is 15%
* PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BY 3:30pm CST on REMOVAL DAY - NO EXCEPTIONS - If not PAID by 3:30pm CST on Removal day the Credit Card you registered with will be charged.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warrantied.
