2024:

- Garage is keyless entry (code will be provided at closing)
- The TV antenna in the attic above the middle bedroom stays with property. It is hard wired to outlets in 3 bedrooms and living room. Allows for major channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, PBS and many others for free.
- 5 cords of wood, some split will remain with property, located in back Southeast area.
- Fencing material: T-posts, field fence, barbed wire remains with the property (located North of large cottonwood tree)
- Big Windmill remains with property (head is broken – will not be repaired)
- Purple Martin houses and gourds remain with property. Occupied by visiting Purple Martins from South America during the March through September mating season. They return every year as long as the bird houses are up and clean.
